I am an experienced and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and Therapeutic Counsellor with ten years experience of working in the NHS and privately.

This means I am trained in a variety of therapy approaches based upon the most up to date evidence and in accordance with the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) guidelines.
