It is understandable that you may experience distress at times but if you need to speak to someone immediately please contact either
- Your GP

- NHS direct by dialing 111
- The Samaritans by dialling 116 123
- Text the word ‘SHOUT’ to 85258 and you will start a conversation with a trained Shout Volunteer, who can help if you’re struggling to cope and need mental health support
- Click the emergency link at the top right on the Steps 2 Wellbeing website
or go to your local A&E department. In dire emergency call 999 for an ambulance.

- Calm that aims to improve sleep, reduce anxiety, manage stress and improve focus
- Headspace for guided meditation and mindfullness
- distrACT with information and links for people who self-harm and may feel suicidal
- Stair Coach to help with managing emotions and relationships
